Payment and Delivery

The amount that is purchased will be deducted when the order has been confirmed and send out.
The prices are shown in Danske Kroner and including VAT. Further expenses will be added to the order if shipment is scheduled outside Denmark.
We use GLS for shipments in Denmark. For export we use UPS, Fedex and TNT depending on the destination. You will receive a AWB tracking number when we have shipped out the order.
Denmark:
Delivery: 2-3 days
Europe:
Delivery: 2 - 5 days depending on destination
Shipment Cost depending on destination but 85 DKK (Approx 12 EUR) within Europe.
Outside Europe (Rest of the World)
Delivery 5-8 working days
Shipment Cost calculated automatically at check out
Note: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel / return the order within 14 days after you have received the order.

You have 24 months right complaint in accordance with the rules of Puchase.

Return of payment
As soon as we have received your return we will issue the money to your account using the same card / account you used in connection with your purchase.

Product and packaging
When returning the goods please make sure to return in the same condition as received. Please make sure to get a tracking number for the shipment since you are responsible for the return until we have received the parcel.
